As Head of Digital Growth, you'll lead bennu's digital practice, helping purpose-driven organizations accelerate growth through integrated digital strategy. You'll work at the intersection of search, AI, paid media, analytics, content and digital experiences, partnering with clients to build visibility, generate demand and deliver measurable business outcomes.
As part of bennu's founding team, you'll help shape our services, methodologies and future direction while serving as a strategic advisor to clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead integrated digital marketing strategies across SEO, AI visibility, paid media, analytics and demand generation.
- Develop digital roadmaps aligned with client business goals.
- Oversee campaign planning, execution, optimization and reporting.
- Advise clients on digital strategy, AI search and emerging technologies.
- Partner with brand strategists, communicators, UX designers and developers to deliver integrated solutions.
- Support business development through strategy, proposals and client presentations.
- Build and evolve bennu's digital growth offerings, processes and best practices.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and translate them into innovative client solutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth strategy or integrated marketing.
- Deep expertise in SEO, paid media, analytics and digital strategy.
- Experience with AI search, generative search or emerging AI technologies.
- Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
- Proven success managing client relationships and cross-functional teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment.
